The Heising-Simons Foundation is joining the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation (EMCF) and three other foundations from PropelNext’s California Partnership to deliver the PropelNext program to a new group of nonprofits, this time concentrated on organizations serving disadvantaged youth in the San Francisco Bay Area.
