Gabriel Rhoads, Director of Evaluation and Learning, oversees the program evaluation and performance assessment activities and relationships for the Foundation and its grantees.
Rhoads also manages the activities of the Foundation's Evaluation Advisory Committee.
Before joining the Foundation as a portfolio associate in 2006, Rhoads worked in youth development at Friends of the Children in Seattle and Public/Private Ventures in New York City.
Rhoads also has several years of experience in dispute resolution and is currently a mediator with the Safe Horizons Mediation Program.
He earned his BA at University of Chicago, where he served as ombudsperson in 2000-2001, and an MBA in the executive program at Columbia Business School.
