Nurse-Family Partnership currently provides support to 101 implementing agencies that deliver services to clients in over 290 counties and 23 states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. (Nurse-Family Partnership defines an implementing agency as a local agency, typically a local governmental entity or nonprofit, that implements its nurse-home visitation model.)  Nurse-Family Partnership plans to operate 441 sites by 2012.
