Over the next four years, LAYC will fully implement a rigorous performance tracking system across the entire organization, and undertake external evaluations to fully demonstrate its effectiveness. LAYC will also address capacity and infrastructure needs so it can serve more youth with its integrated client management model, which targets youth with the great needs in the region.
