He is responsible for strategically planning, advising and implementing the Foundation’s digital communications strategy. In addition to supporting the Foundation’s day-to-day digital communications and planning for longer-term online opportunities, this includes managing PropelNext’s digital communications.
Fleckenstein has 20 years of experience helping nonprofit and public sector organizations use technology to improve their operations and better serve constituents. He has worked with more than a dozen organizations and agencies, including the White House, FINRA, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the City and County of San Francisco, the IRS and the Morino Institute, on a wide variety of digital strategy, implementation and operational projects.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University.
