He manages grantee performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including the Foundation’s board and capital aggregation partners, and also supports a set of grantee relationships, participating in due diligence and business planning, and monitoring investment plans. Previously he led the implementation of an evaluative framework for assessing grantee performance.
As a volunteer, Mizrahi serves on New York University’s Center for Global Affairs Alumni Board, Philanthropy New York’s Committee of Members, and FIVER Children’s Foundation’s Young Professional Committee.
Before EMCF, Mizrahi worked as an analyst in the asset management division of Gramercy Consulting Group, LLC. Previously he conducted independent research in China and West Africa on growth and development topics.
Mizrahi earned his BS in economics from Penn State and a master’s degree in global affairs from New York University, Center for Global Affairs.
